  • In the event of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The time slot provided at the time of booking confirmation cannot be changed at a later stage. Adherence to slot provided is paramount.
  • In case of cancellation from our side due to any emergency or any unavoidable circumstance full advance amount paid will be refunded.
  • In the event of rescheduling, 100% advance will be adjusted towards the new booking subject to availability of booking on the new date. In case the booking is not available on the new date, advance will be forfeited and no refund will be permitted.
  • We do not provide any makeup or hair styling trials.
